What It Means to Be Touched With Intention
There is a particular loneliness that comes from being physically close to someone but energetically alone. From touch that touches the body but misses the self entirely.
Most women I work with have spent years — decades — in this space. They’ve had partners who were present physically but absent in intention. They’ve experienced touch that was transactional, rushed, or simply unaware of the landscape it was traversing.
They don’t come to me because they want a “service.” They come because some part of them knows: there is a quality of attention that transforms touch into something else entirely.
This is the work I do.

The Architecture of a Session
When you arrive, we begin with presence. Not small talk. Not the performative intimacy of strangers pretending to know each other. I ask about your body: what it’s holding, where the tension lives, what you’re ready to release.
You undress to your comfort level. Lie down. I begin.
My touch is slow. Deliberate. I am not moving toward a goal — I am exploring a territory. Your body is a map I’ve never seen before, and I read it with my hands.
Some women cry. Not from sadness, but from the shock of being truly seen. Some fall into a trance state, their nervous systems finally receiving the signal that they are safe, they can soften, they don’t have to hold everything together.
All of them leave different than they arrived.

What Changes
The women who work with me consistently report:
• Deeper sleep and reduced anxiety
• Renewed connection to their own bodies
• Better intimacy in their relationships (when they have them)
• A sense of being “home” in themselves
This isn’t magic. It’s nervous system regulation through skilled, intentional touch. It’s the basic human need for safe physical contact, met without agenda.

Is This For You?
If you’re tired of holding tension you can’t name…
If you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly relax…
If you crave touch that doesn’t want anything from you…
I invite you to book a session.
