Permission To Use Photo & Video Footage

I understand that Jax Solomon (The Business) wishes to use photo and video footage (the Photo and Video Footage) featuring me for the purposes set out below. For good and valuable consideration, (receipt of which I acknowledge), I confirm that:

1. I grant the Business exclusive permission to use the Photo and Video footage:
        (a) In promotional materials, specifically to outline the quality of the private, paid content of Jax Solomon, Hungasian.com on various social media outlet websites.
        (b) In the advertising of goods or services, specifically to advertise Tammy Thompson’s private content to potential customers
   On the Business’ website, specifically to be displayed on various public social media websites as well as on private, subscription-based websites as consumable content.
2. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
3. I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Photo and Video footage. I consent to the Business:
        (a) Storing copies of the Photo and Video Footage for the Specified Purposes or to it storing my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me.
        (b) Storing and transferring the Photo and Video Footage and my contact details to a location outside of the United States of America for the Specified Purposes.
4. I have the right to:
        (a) Withdraw my consent to the Business using and storing copies of the Photo and Video Footage for the Specified Purposes at any time;
        (b) Withdraw my consent to the Business storing my contact details on its database;
        (c) Withdraw my consent to the Business storing and transferring the Photo and Video Footage and my contact details to a location outside of the US;
        (d) Access the Photo and Video Footage, and any information the Business hold about me at any time; and
        (e) Request that the Photo and Video Footage and any information the Business holds about Photo and Video Footage, and any information the Business holds about me be removed from any materials, future materials and internal databases by contacting the Business at this email address: jax@hungasian.com
5. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual dispute or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Nevada. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
